Three generations. One granite stone. Zero shortcuts.
We source directly from farmers we've known for decades — wheat from the Punjab plains, mustard from Rajasthan, chilies from Guntur. Each ingredient is milled, pressed, or blended within days of harvest, in small enough batches that we can taste every one.
